DEAR FRIENDS,

It is with great delight that we invite you all to Shiloh 2026, the 19th Annual Students’ Mission Conference, being held from 1st to 4th of October 2026.

Shiloh is a movement that seeks to nurture students and health care professionals spiritually and develop leaders in the healing ministry of Christ. It is a time to explore and gain a deeper understanding of God’s word and grow in their relationship with God, in a world of changing values. Shiloh provides a unique forum where students can get a glimpse of Christian healthcare work within the country and outside.

The theme for this year is “VESSEL UNTO HONOUR” inspired from 2. Thim 2:2 “……he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work”

Understanding the Verse in Context (2 Timothy 2:20–22), Paul uses the illustration of a large house. The call is not to be gold or silver but to be a Vessel Unto Honour. Verse 21 begins with “Therefore if anyone…”—showing that any believer who yields and responds to God’s call to sanctification can become a “vessel unto honour.” The emphasis being on the vessel’s dedication to the Master which results in usefulness for God, not on what it is made of.

Our worth comes from belonging to the Master’s household – our Identity. In salvation (justification by faith), believers are made complete and righteous through Jesus Christ, resting entirely on the finished work of His sacrifice. Because of Christ’s righteousness, we stand before God as holy, forgiven and accepted.

While this, positional perfection is immediate when we accept the Lord as our saviour, our daily life involves an ongoing process of growing closer to God (sanctification), which is a lifelong journey of spiritual growth, obedience and pursuit towards Christ-likeness even though mistakes still happen…. not flawlessness.

The imagery in this year’s logo reminds us that true honour and purpose are found not in what the world offers, but in returning to the lordship of the One who created us. God’s glory shines through our brokenness as He restores, cleanses, and transforms us into vessels unto honour. This is the ultimate calling and purpose of every child of God—to be a vessel that brings glory and honour to Him.

Vessels unto Honour—not for our glory, but for His.
