The Plenary Speakers will expound on the Theme – ‘Be Thou my Vision’ from the Word of God
It is easy to define ourselves by how much we do, achieve, or sacrifice. Many young people, especially, feel the pressure to measure their worth through performance, grades, social acceptance, achievements, or even religious activity. Without realizing it, we can slip into a works-based identity, living as though God’s love must be earned.
Scripture invites us to an identity rooted in grace, where we are already accepted and loved. This session will explore the difference between living for God’s approval versus living from it, addressing challenges like peer pressure, identity confusion, and fear of failure.
Together, we’ll learn that spiritual disciplines aren’t ladders to climb for acceptance but pathways to deeper communion with God. We’ll discover the joy of breaking free from performance-driven faith and embracing renewal, discipline, and security in Christ.
As students and professionals in the health sector, you may be standing at a critical crossroads—facing decisions about where, how, and why you will serve.
Is it just about choosing a specialty or location to serve, or is God inviting you into something deeper?
This talk will challenge you to see your career in the medical field through the lens of eternity. Discover how your training, passion, and future practice can align with God’s greater purpose—not just for success, but for significance in His Kingdom.

The purpose of the Saline Process is to equip Christian healthcare workers to be witnesses for Christ in their clinical settings. Participants learn principles and tools that can immediately be applied in their interactions with patients and colleagues. After completing the Saline Process training, participants should be able to assess a patient’s attitude toward Christ and know how to respond appropriately, applying the ethical principles of permission, sensitivity, and respect. This Biblically based teaching emphasizes the role many individuals may play in a person’s journey to Christ.
This year in Shiloh, we offer a Breakout Session which is a “Taster” of the whole Saline Process Training to give you an overview of the importance of sharing our faith and some tools which can be used appropriate to the needs of your patients and colleagues. This will be facilitated by Dr Leishiwon Kumrah, Dr Adeline Sitther and Team.
Join this worldwide movement of healthcare workers who are following God’s call to be salt and light in their place of work.
Marriage is one of the most important human relationships in life, yet many enter into it without the preparation needed to build a healthy, lasting covenant. This session invites students to reflect deeply on the foundations of identity, honour, and healing as essential building blocks for marriage.
We will explore how confusion of identity and lack of self-worth can negatively affect relationships, leading to false identity development and distorted views of the opposite sex. Together, we will uncover the importance of establishing a secure identity before entering marriage, while correcting erroneous perspectives and restoring honour where it has been lost.
The session will also address how baggage from the past can damage marriage, and how Christ brings restoration and renewal. Participants will be guided to rediscover the true essence of covenant marriage, embrace the role of honour, and adopt the ultimate attitudes that lead to flourishing relationships.
Rooted in biblical truth and practical insights, Forever Yours equips individuals to prepare rather than repair—laying a foundation for marriages that reflect Christ’s love and covenant faithfulness.
Skeptics and Seekers on a quest for truth, think that the evidence for God is weak at best or totally absent – that God is a figment of human imagination. This session looks at the pointers/evidence or arguments for God. These are arguments from science and philosophy that a non-Bible believing friend might be happy to explore. Bring them along. There is an open Q&A that follows the talk.
She aims to address the reality of students spending countless hours on social media, often influenced by popular creators and online trends. Her desire is to guide them to recognize a greater calling: to be influencers for Christ. Rather than simply following online voices, she encourages them to shine as Christ’s light and make an eternal impact in the lives of others.
