Saji Mathews is a resilience and leadership trainer, inspirational speaker, and Christian speaker whose story has touched audiences at Accenture, Infosys, IBM, TCS, and leading IITs and IIMs across India. Coming from a modest rural background, he lost his vision completely at 23, at the very start of his corporate career. Rather than let that define his future, he mastered screen-reading technology, went on to earn an MBA, and built a diverse career spanning government service, academia, and administration.
