Dr. Leishiwon Kumrah, MBBS, MD, MA (Organizational Leadership), is Senior Consultant in Dermatology, Venereology, Leprology & Cosmetology and Dean of Medical Studies at CIHSR, Nagaland. A Saline Multiplying Trainer since 2018, she combines clinical expertise with leadership and a passion for medical education.

Dr Adeline Sitther has been working in the Distance Education Unit of Christian Medical College, Vellore, as part of a team that conducts primary health care courses to equip NGO workers in rural areas for the past ten years. Before this, she served for 17 years in a rural hospital in Papua New Guinea. She has been a Multiplying Trainer for the Saline Process for the past 5 years.
