Dr. Chering C. Tenzing is a Consultant Physician and the Head of the Dialysis Unit at District Hospital Mangan. She has been affiliated with the Emmanuel Hospital Association (EHA) since 2001, after completing her post-graduation in Internal Medicine at Christian Fellowship Hospital in Oddanchatram. Dr. Tenzing has worked at several hospitals, including Nav Jivan Hospital in Satbarwa, Herbertpur Christian Hospital in Dehradun, Lakhnadon Christian Hospital, and Kachwa Christian Hospital. During her tenure at EHA, she held various administrative roles, managed multiple projects, and provided clinical services across different specialties. In 2022, she resigned from EHA due to family commitments and is now working with the government in her hometown of Mangan.

She will be sharing her personal experiences of being a presence for Christ in a government setup, offering her testimony of faith and service. She will reflect on how this setting differs from working in traditional mission contexts — the unique challenges faced, the opportunities to witness, and the ways God’s presence and provision have sustained her throughout the journey.
