Josin Sheba

 

Josin has completed her MSc in Nursing with a specialty in Community Health from CMC Vellore. She also holds a Diploma in Quality Control Management, Infection Prevention and Control Management, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in healthcare. Additionally, she has earned a National Fellowship in Palliative Care Nursing. Before following her passion to serve at Madhepura Christian Hospital, she worked as a tutor in the Community Health department at the College of Nursing, CMC Vellore. Currently, she fulfills multiple roles and responsibilities as a Senior Nurse Officer in the Community Health and Development Programme and as the Principal of Shrishti Community College in Madhepura Christian Hospital, Bihar, alongside her ongoing research activities.

A Nursing Professional in Remote India
  • Josin will share how God has guided her to serve at Madhepura Christian Hospital. She will reflect on what she has witnessed there—the challenges, the needs, and the lives touched—and how these experiences have deepened her understanding of God’s work in the margins.
  • She will also speak about how God is encouraging her to continue serving in mission healthcare, sustaining her faith and calling even in difficult circumstances. Finally, she will describe the personal and spiritual transformation she is experiencing through her service, as God shapes her heart and vision in this place of ministry.
