Dr. Roshine completed her MBBS and MD (Medicine) from CMC Vellore.
After completing her MD, she was Deputy Med Sup in Nav Jeevan hospital, Palamau, Jharkhand following which she moved to Makunda Christian Hospital at Assam in 2014 where she took over as the senior Administrative officer in Feb 2020.
