Tarun Jacob is a paediatric Surgeon trained at CMC Vellore. He has had the experience of working at many secondary level mission hospitals around the country and continues to support smaller centres along with his wife Anne who is an obstetrician.
They worked in the Christian Fellowship hospital, Oddanchatram between the years 2008 to 2012 and were involved with the Graham Staines Hospital, Odisha during this period. Anne helps with Obstetrics and Gynaecology at CHAD, and they have two boys Nathan and Nishan.
Tarun has been involved with several innovations in medicine to reduce costs for mission hospitals while working and training PG’s of the Indian Association of Rural Surgery and his Blog “life is a journey, not a destination” continues to be a source of encouragement for people of all ages going through treatment for Lymphoma and draws from his personal experiences of being blessed with healing from Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
