My name is Nathan Piovesan. I have been a follower of Jesus Christ for over 40 years, ever since, as a child, I accepted him as my savior. I serve Christ now as a general surgeon and the medical director of Memorial Christian Hospital in Bangladesh. I completed my undergraduate training in biology at Cedarville University in Ohio before going on to Wright State University School of Medicine. I concluded my general surgery training in 2005 from Wright State University before serving as a surgeon in the medical corps of the United States Air Force. I grew up the child of missionaries in the jungles of Papua New Guinea and had a burden for a world without Christ since I was young. Upon completing my military obligations I joined with a mission organization and arrived in Bangladesh to serve at Memorial Christian Hospital in 2012. My wife, Dorothy, and I have been married for 28 years and have four children. My wife, originally from Tamil Nadu, is a nurse by training although the majority of her time has been spent educating our children. Together we desire to serve God with all of our hearts.
